I saw one on E-Bay the other day for $555.00. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/honda-cb ... ccessories
They both seem to be the older style system with the DG muffler as opposed to the Kerker muffler attached to the DG serpentine head pipes.
I wonder if DG is making them again or did somebody find a stash in a warehouse?

What are the thoughts on these, I am really looking to fit a 6-1 onto my 1979 cbx (currently sporting rather beat 6-2s), I just love the lines of the 6-1, I own a 75 cb750f sporting a 4-1, too; but since looking around on the internet, I have read that being single thickness these discolor and blue quickly, also that the chrome is poor, and tends to bubble, has anyone else had these experiences, because the price is certainly very difficult to beat?

Over the years i have used a couple of these systems and have been generally pleased with the results.
I like the look and the sound. No rejetting required and there is access to the oil filter and drain plug.
With an easily fabbed bracket the side and center stands can be retained.
If you need an exhaust to get you on the road or to put your mint stock system away for safe keeping, $399.00 and free shipping is a good deal.

Read the buyers review before you shell out your hard earned cash. Something not right with this exhaust.

The exhaust is good I have run a few of them on all my CBX's The price is sure right!!!!
