Looking for snow this weekend
That's right, I said it... I need to let the 82 breathe so I think I'll head east instead of the coast for a change and go till I hit snow or a closed pass. All of them are closed except one, not counting 80 and 50 which I wouldn't take anyway. 120 thru Yosemite, 108, and 4 are closed at snow level but 88 is open for some reason. I can't imagine those 'closed in winter' gates being open but I'll head towards the Sierras anyway. Maybe I'll take a few pics!
I doubt I'll get this high though. This was taken in early summer,

That's odd as I'm not providing any link, just the actual pics from photobucket's HTML copy and paste. The first pic of the Busa at the summit is the same as the others but its still visible.???
Here is the link to photobucket so it should always work and you can click on the pic in photobucket to enlarge it and see the same pic. Don't know why some of them don't stay posted...I'll also post some of the actual pics again to see if they stay put.

Most probably EMS. At home I can see all the pics just like last night. I'll bet that at work tomorrow I will just see that notice and no pics. Some kind of blocker at work I suppose.EMS wrote:Link is fine, pics are not there. That may be a computer thing where my server security does not allow the pics to show. Maybe soemthing like a pop-up blocker

Thanks for the info. I have always been able to see all the pics on my home PC but at work, those few pics have been replaced with delete notices. Strange...so in the future, I'll post the link along with the pics. Now, what YOU can all start doing is posting some up yourselves.
