I assume the ED is European Delivery? The muffler clearly has a different baffle than the 422/469 pipes I'm familiar with. The 469 pipes supposedly had different baffling from Honda, but the US/Canada pipes looked the same as the 422. You might go a while before finding a match for the 469 pipe you have. There were not that many European Delivery '80s.

Long time no post.

But now she is a runner, even got i cleared at (for lack of a better description) the national vehicle test center.

Had some problem with the nr1 carb but got it figured out. Now she runs like a dream.

I skipped the big fairing and went with a regular headlight. I found a nos Suzuki ( :DD ) headlamp and modified cb 125 head light stays.

Need a new reflector to the fairing headlight. I think i want to try it with the fairing some time.

Its really tight with all the cables in there but i works fine.

Its some smalls things left, like the brake hoses to the front wheel, decals on the tank and check valve clearence and cam chain tension.
I will fix it this winter.

Also i would like to try another exhaust, but she is really quiet with the original system so maybe not.

Painted the rear and front fender with spray cans and ithink it turned out great. Used primer, base coat, "effect" and clear coat.

Took me 3 years to get here running, but now i have forgot all work and only remeber the good parts.

Thank you on this forum for all the help and knowledge.

Please feel free to comment on things you would want and dont want to see on the bike.

Here she is.

Left rear winkerholder, went south on the first ride. Now its a better winkerstay there.

Forget all the work and remember only the good parts is an excellent motto for a restoration project.
Congrats on getting it back on the road.
