Private Messages???

I sent a couple of PMs tonight and, they appear to be just hanging-out in my out box. Don't know if they actually got sent because there's nothing in my sent mesages folder.
Am I doing something wrong?

You aren't doing anything wrong. Once the recipient opens the PM, the message will automatically move from your outbox to your sent box.

Access to PM is on the top next to "User Control Panel"
Does anyone know why are attachments not working via PM?
You do not have the required permissions to view the files attached to this post.

Nope, I don't. Best to just send that stuff via email though, it starts to bind up the server.

It's set to allow it, and in fact I sent a test with an attachment to you. Was there a photo attached to that PM I sent an hour ago?

No photo,just copy of what I wrote.
When I try to add attachment, .jpg or .xlsx I get message saying that those extensions are not allowed
